Martin Hanhuck is the police captain in Kansas City.

When Dick Wickware came to down with the job of finding Zelmare Roulette and Swanee Capps and returning them to prison, he went first to see Martin Hanhuck, asking him for one of his officers to help with the job. Hanhuck assigned Odis Weff, even though Odis already had a case.[1]
Hanhuck later congratulated Odis for orchestrating the arrest of several members of the Fadda Family.[2]
