Floyd Gerhardt was the matriarch of the Gerhardt crime family. When her husband Otto was no longer fit to control the family, Floyd took his place running the affairs of the Gerhardt business. She is the overarching antagonist of Season 2.
Description[]
Floyd is the matriarch of the Gerhardt crime family. She was the rock beside her man for 40 years and raised four sons and has five grandchildren. But when her husband has a stroke, Floyd decides it’s her time to take over the family business. The only problem is that her oldest son, Dodd, wants the throne for himself.

Early Life[]
Prior to Season 2, Floyd bore a total of six children, two of which were stillborn, as well as three miscarriages. The eldest of the four surviving sons, Elron, died in the Korean War, leaving only Dodd, Bear, and Rye to succeed the family.
