Ari Moskowitz was the son of Liev Moskowitz, who was traded with Rabbi Milligan in 1920 to guarantee peace between the Moskowitz Syndicate and the Milligan Concern. In 1928, Rabbi made good on his loyalty to his family of origin and betrayed the Moskowitz, letting the Milligans in to the bar to kill the Moskowitzes, including Liev, and even killing Ari Moskowitz himself at his father's order.
